1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• · Request price form: first name, last name, email, phone and the program you ask about.
• · Consent record: the boxes you tick, the date and time, and the IP address from which the form was sent.
• · Enrollment (only if you enroll): name, surname, email, phone, country, optional date of birth, billing details and payment method.
• · Campus account: the data you add to your academy file after enrolling.

3. Purposes

• · Handle your price request and contact you about the program you selected.
• · Manage your enrollment, create your academy account and give you access to the program.
• · Send occasional news from INTELLCOREAI, only if you ticked the optional box.

4. Legal basis

• · Steps prior to entering into a contract at your request — Article 6.1.b GDPR (price request and enrollment).
• · Performance of the contract — Article 6.1.b GDPR (access to the program once enrolled).
• · Your consent — Article 6.1.a GDPR (optional news). You can withdraw it at any time.
• · Compliance with legal obligations — Article 6.1.c GDPR (billing and tax records, when applicable).

5. Processors

We use service providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

• · Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and user authentication.
• · Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• · Porkbun — domain name and email hosting.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

• · Price requests that do not lead to an enrollment: up to 12 months from the last contact.
• · Enrollment and academic records: for the duration of the program and afterwards for the periods required by law.
• · Optional news: until you withdraw your consent.
• · Consent records: for as long as needed to prove the consent was given.

8. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to admissions@intellcore.ai.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

9. Security

Access to your data is limited to authorized admissions and academy staff. Identity documents uploaded to the academy file are stored privately.
