General terms of purchase and Campus rules

Version 2026-10

The Spanish version prevails.

0. Definitions

Institute: IntellCore Institute, a brand of IntellCore.ai, SL. Student: an enrolled adult. Programme: the purchased training. Campus: the learning platform. Enrollment: registration confirmed by the Institute. Student file: personal, academic and identity details supplied to deliver training and issue the certificate.

1. Requirements

You must be over 18, have capacity to contract, and have a device with an up-to-date browser, internet access and an email address.

2. Enrollment and contract

The contract is concluded when the Institute confirms enrollment by email. The confirmation includes a link to these terms and their downloadable PDF, with the version and date. The applicable features and price are those confirmed in writing at enrollment. New full edition enrollments include 200 hours and 8 academic credits over six weeks, about 33 hours a week, guided reading and extended practice per module and an applied final project (30 h). Existing enrollments retain 36 hours and 1.5 academic credits and do not need to complete the full-edition pieces.

3. Activation and identity verification

After accepting the terms and Privacy Policy, you must complete your file and upload your DNI, NIE or passport before navigating the Campus. The Institute verifies identity so that the certificate belongs to the enrolled person. Confirm the full name printed on it: it must match the document. Your details must be truthful and kept up to date; you are responsible for their accuracy.

4. Duration and closure

For enrollments from 17 October 2026, except for the Language School, programme access lasts 6 weeks from enrollment and closes at the end of the Madrid calendar day on which 42 days have elapsed. If you complete 100% and pass the final assessment earlier, you have 24 hours from completion to download PDF materials, after which access closes, without exceeding the six-week limit. Earned certificates remain available for download and verification. Enrollments before 17 October 2026 retain their conditions: they have no automatic closing or 24-hour rule and keep their previous certificate process. The Language School retains the duration and access communicated at enrollment.

5. Certificate

The Institute issues a digital certificate when you complete 100% of the programme, pass the final assessment and have your identity document verified. It uses the confirmed name matching that document. Your data is not transferred to third parties for issuance.

6. Cancellation by the Institute

If the Institute cannot deliver an edition, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another programme.

7. Payment

Payment is made by the methods stated at enrollment, at the price and with taxes communicated in the offer. A cardholder may request cancellation of an incorrect or fraudulent card charge; the Institute will cooperate to resolve it promptly.

8. Credentials

Access is personal and non-transferable. Keep your password secure, do not share your account, and immediately notify admissions@intellcore.ai if you suspect someone else knows your credentials.

9. Scope

Online “Edition 2026” training programmes: 6 weeks, 200 hours of study (about 33 hours a week) and 8 academic credits per programme, with video lessons, guided reading, extended practice, applied final project (30 h), podcasts, practical workshops, module examinations and a final assessment.

10. Programme pace

In programmes with weekly unlocking, modules open progressively: each module requires the previous module’s submitted practice and passed examination, and cannot open before seven days per module from enrollment. The final assessment has no additional waiting period. The Language School has no such time restriction and retains its activity and examination requirements. Previously opened modules remain available under the applicable rules.

11. Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw without giving a reason by writing to admissions@intellcore.ai with your name, email and programme. We will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method. As this is digital content, if you expressly request to start the programme before that period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, that right expires when you access the programme content. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms, but it is not compulsory.

12. Intellectual property

All Campus and website content (texts, videos, audio, podcasts, images, infographics, templates, examinations, cases, dossiers, software, design, branding, logos and seals) belongs to IntellCore.ai, SL or third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish intellectual property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996) and industrial property legislation. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to your training and access period. Downloadable PDFs are for personal use only. Without written permission, it is prohibited to reproduce, copy, record or capture screens, download video or audio, distribute, publish, sell, share or publicly communicate any content; share examinations or solutions; or use content to train or feed artificial intelligence systems. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

13. Your work

Your practical assignments and submissions belong to you. You authorise us to store and review them to assess you and issue your certificate. We will not publish them without your consent.

14. Campus assistance tools

The Campus includes an automated tutor and assistant based on artificial intelligence that respond automatically; when you speak to them, you are not speaking to a person. Their responses may contain errors and do not replace professional advice. Do not enter third-party personal data or confidential information.

15. Conduct

Use the Campus respectfully and lawfully. Do not attempt to circumvent module locks or content protections.

16. Breach

If you breach these rules (especially those concerning access and intellectual property), we may suspend or cancel your access, with prior notice except in serious cases, without prejudice to any appropriate legal action.

17. Availability

We work to keep the Campus continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical causes beyond our control.

18. Data protection

We process your data according to the Privacy Policy.

19. Changes

If we amend these terms, we will publish the new version and ask you to accept it upon entering the Campus.

20. Complaints

Write to admissions@intellcore.ai. We respond as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. Official complaint forms are available on request.

21. Liability

The Institute is not responsible for interruptions outside its control, such as internet-provider or network failures, previously announced scheduled maintenance, or content on external sites linked as supplementary reading. None of this limits consumers’ statutory rights.

22. Force majeure

If an unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond the parties’ control temporarily prevents performance, its impact will be communicated and reasonable steps taken to resume service. This clause does not remove statutory consumer rights, including termination or refunds where applicable.

23. Notices

Notices are sent to the email address in your file and through the Campus. Keep your email up to date to receive programme communications.

24. Assignment and severability

You may not transfer your enrollment without the Institute’s written permission. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

25. Applicable law and courts

Spanish law applies. For consumers, the courts of their domicile have jurisdiction, without limiting applicable mandatory rules.
